Zagora Evening with Thin Clouds
MK379
About This Work
Pale lavender drifts across the Zagora hills, thin clouds holding the last silver light of dusk.
A deep quiet settles over the land, all the way to the horizon. The earth itself breathes in these low, soft hills of ochre and dusty rose, fading into a lavender haze. Just a few touches of olive and sage hint at dry scrub on the slopes. Look how the sky opens everything up. The clouds catch the last of the light along their feathered edges. Down here, the paint feels rougher, like parched ground. There are hardly any shadows left, just a soft, even glow. Evening holds the valley in a long, quiet breath, and time slows at the edge of dusk.
